Flirty vintage 1960s black and white party dress with fringe detail. This retro 60's dress has a tailored scooped tank style bodice, fitted waist with an attached belt with a cute bow, a heavily gathered flared skirt that falls at the knees, and that fringe! The fringe is just divine! Zips at the back with a metal zipper.

Condition: Excellent minus. There's a faint water mark hidden in the front folds of the skirt, and two smaller faint marks at the back of the skirt near the hem. See last photo.
